Who fulfils your order
Orders for our current catalog are fulfilled by our fulfilment partner WeFulfil and ship from China. JnoMarket is an online-only shop: we do not hold local stock and orders are not shipped from a Canadian warehouse.
Dispatch
Dispatch is typically 24–72 hours after your order is ready with the partner.
Delivery estimates to Canada
After dispatch, general goods such as the gel lint roller typically take about 6–10 working days. Battery or USB rechargeable electronics — the neck fan, lint trimmer, eye massager, tire inflator and pet feeder — typically take about 7–11 working days. These are working-day estimates, not guarantees: customs checks and peak periods can extend them.
Tracking
Tracking is shared with you by email as soon as the fulfilment partner releases it. It can take a few days after dispatch for tracking to start updating.
Prices and tax
Product prices are shown in CAD and exclude tax. Shipping and applicable tax are calculated at checkout before you pay.
